Trullo, a critically acclaimed restaurant in London, has opened a new watering hole that serves digestivo and aperitivo alongside food such as salumi, arancini, and oysters. The eatery, which was named one of Time Out’s 50 best London restaurants in 2023, has also opened an adorable-looking wine nook, which is expected to be just as successful. The restaurant, located in Highbury, offers wine for £7 per glass and takeaway wine bottles for £18. The watering hole is open on Wednesday through Saturday evenings and accepts walk-ins only.
