The saga of FedEx Field continued in Week 11, as there was another national spotlight on the Washington Commanders‘ home.
Reports surfaced of a lack of hot water in the locker rooms of the Commanders and New York Giants, causing a stir on social media.
This fueled the fire of many fans, who already despised this stadium.
While it wasn’t initially known what caused this problem, James Palmer spoke with a team representative to get to the bottom of it.
According to the representative via Palmer, “We had an equipment failure in the main water heater that provides hot water to field-level locker rooms.”

The spokesperson later said that to fix the problem, they would have needed to shut off the stadium’s water supply entirely.
This was not feasible during the game while there were thousands of fans inside the stadium, which is why the problem remained unresolved.
Unfortunately for the Commanders and FedEx Field, these complaints are the latest in what has been a barrage of negativity surrounding this venue.
Countless reports of bathroom-related incidents have been reported.
There have also been sightings of rats and other undesirable creatures littered throughout the facility.
Many analysts are calling for the Commanders’ organization to do something about this.
There have already been conversations about a new stadium, but to this point, no action has been taken.
The Commanders have recently begun their run under new ownership, who haven’t made any large moves to this point.
It will be interesting to see how they respond to the latest fiasco at their new investment.
