Crypto Markets Lost $90B in 2 Days as BTC Slips Below $28K: Market Watch
Bitcoin’s price fell below $28,000 in the past 24 hours, marking the first time since April 9, resulting in breaking below the fully coveted $30,000. The total market cap has also lost almost $90 billion in the past two days. Most alternative coins including Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano, Polygon, Solana, Polkadot, Litecoin, Shiba Inu, and Avalanche have charted losses of up to 5% in a day. Dogecoin has dumped the most (-8.5%) due to its relationship with Elon Musk. As a result, the total crypto market cap has fallen below $1.2 trillion, which means that the metric has lost roughly $90 billion in the past two days.
