Cody Bellinger hit a 420 foot home run on 4/20, bringing balance to universe



Cody Bellinger, outfielder for the Chicago Cubs and former Los Angeles Dodger, hit a 420-foot home run against his former team on April 20, tying the game at one run apiece in the bottom of the second inning. This was Bellinger’s fourth home run and 20th hit of the season. The Dodgers’ James Outman also hit a 420-foot home run in the top of the third inning, taking a 2-1 lead. Despite this, the Cubs tied the game in the fourth inning, but were unable to secure the win. The game ended with the Dodgers winning 6-2, with Outman hitting a grand slam in the top of the ninth inning. Bellinger’s home run added to his .290 batting average, .367 on-base percentage, .507 slugging percentage, four home runs, 13 RBI, 15 runs scored, and 20 hits for the season.
